Incredibly attentive staff, offering support with a smile! Room was well-designed with a cozy atmosphere. The laundry service was prompt and efficient. Loved the quick access to local transport! (Using a Grab cab made it super easy! )
Breakfast options could be more varied (a bit repetitive at times).

The room was well-designed with thoughtful touches like
power outlets perfectly placed for convenience. Additionally, the mattress provided comfortable support, and the staff were exceptionally responsive to needs. However, the breakfast selection could be improved to provide more varied options.

Amber Boutique Hotel Silom offered spacious rooms, well-lit common areas, and a zen-like breakfast atrium. The decor felt modern and inviting. I enjoyed the cleanliness of my room, but the air conditioning directed cold air straight onto my bed, making it uncomfortable at night. Breakfast usually had ham, eggs, and fruit, but the options felt a bit repetitive. The hotel's location provided easy access to markets and restaurants, although the lane leading to the hotel had some sewerage water, which was unpleasant. The staff was helpful, but check-out time adjustments could be better. I would return for the location and room comfort but hope for improvements in their breakfast menu and maintenance of the access area.

A hidden gem in Silom
Amber Boutique Silom Hotel is a peaceful retreat in the bustling area of Silom. The hotel is incredibly clean with lovely Mediterranean-style decor, making it feel welcoming. The staff was attentive and helpful, always ready with a smile. Breakfast in the zen-like atrium was pleasant, complementing the good coffee. Its prime location offers various dining options within walking distance, which we took advantage of.
However, we faced an issue with the air conditioning in our room, as it directed cold air straight onto the bed, making it uncomfortable at night. Additionally, the breakfast options were somewhat limited and could be improved. The cleaning service was a bit slow in clearing tables, which created a cluttered dining area during peak times.

modern decor, spacious rooms, quiet atmosphere
Access to the hotel is frustrating. the narrow soi offers uneven surfaces!!! The nearest BTS is rather far at about 500 m, unsuitable for those less mobile!!! Construction noise may deter some guests!!!

We had a fantastic time exploring all Bangkok has to offer, with the hotel conveniently nestled in a lively neighborhood. Enjoyed our spacious corner twin room, and breakfast was satisfying with a nice open area to relax with the kids.
My children wished there was a small play area for them.

The location on a quiet side street is perfect, offering easy access to many restaurants and shopping options. Rooms are spacious, featuring a comfortable bed, but navigating to the main road can be challenging due to poorly maintained sidewalks. The breakfast selection is decent, although it could be more diverse. Despite this, the cleanliness and attentive staff make for a welcoming atmosphere.
